Part of the STABLE™ Behavioral Continuity Architecture

Arlucent Assessments™ operates the Screening, Tracking, Analysis, and Evaluation layers of the STABLE™ architecture — the behavioral continuity model designed to assess, measure, monitor, and reinforce behavioral organization across real-world conditions.

Most assessments evaluate behavior at a single point in time. Arlucent Assessments™ evaluations are designed to examine whether behavioral organization continues holding when conditions become difficult.

When an Independent Assessment May Be Appropriate

Evaluations are most appropriate when a decision requires independent documentation rather than ongoing care.

An independent clinical evaluation is often appropriate when existing information has not provided clear answers. Common circumstances include questions about level of care, diagnostic uncertainty, patterns of relapse, or the need for a neutral second opinion outside a current treatment relationship.

Arlucent Assessments is not the right fit for every situation. A brief intake questionnaire is used to determine whether an independent evaluation is appropriate and within scope for your specific circumstances.

You May Be Here Because:

•  A treatment recommendation requires independent clarification
• A prior evaluation did not fully explain the situation
• Legal or workplace concerns require independent documentation
•  There is disagreement regarding the appropriate level of care
•  A neutral second opinion is needed outside an active treatment relationship

Independent clinical evaluations are distinct from therapy, treatment, or ongoing care.

The purpose of an independent evaluation is to clarify current circumstances and support informed decision-making within clearly defined professional boundaries. Arlucent Assessments serves individuals, families, and professionals navigating complex clinical and legal circumstances.

All inquiries and assessments are conducted with strict confidentiality. Services are available via secure telehealth throughout Minnesota.

The Arlucent Seventh Dimension™

Arlucent Assessments™ are ASAM-informed clinical evaluations that extend the standard six-dimensional framework through The Arlucent Seventh Dimension™ (PFI), a structured analysis of behavioral coherence, value alignment, and behavioral stability across conditions.

While the ASAM Criteria provide a multidimensional assessment of clinical severity and treatment need, they do not formally evaluate the consistency between stated recovery intent and observed behavioral patterns. The Arlucent Seventh Dimension™ (PFI) addresses this gap through structured behavioral coherence analysis.

What Arlucent Assessments™ Provides

Arlucent Assessments™ provides independent clinical evaluations for complex situations. Each evaluation is most appropriate when clarification is needed regarding level of care, diagnostic uncertainty, behavioral patterns, or when a neutral second opinion is required.

Assessments follow established clinical methods, the ASAM Criteria for Dimensions 1–6, and The Arlucent Seventh Dimension™ for behavioral coherence analysis. Each assessment results in a written clinical report designed to support informed decision-making — in legal, professional, or personal decision-making contexts.

The practice's role is limited to assessment. We do not provide therapy, treatment, or referrals — so that every evaluation remains fully independent of treatment outcomes.

PROCESS & TIMELINE — WHAT TO EXPECT

All assessments follow a defined, time-limited process structured to support neutral clinical documentation.

Step 1 - Intake Questionnaire & Suitability Screening

A brief, confidential questionnaire used to determine whether an independent assessment is appropriate and within scope.

Step 2 - Scheduling & Pre-Assessment Documentation

Following intake review, eligible requests are confirmed. Consent materials, scope parameters, and required documentation are provided prior to scheduling.

Step 3 - Structured Clinical Evaluation

Assessment sessions follow structured clinical interviews and standardized data collection methods.

Step 4 - Report Preparation & Delivery

A written clinical report is prepared and delivered upon completion of the evaluation process. Estimated delivery timeframes are confirmed following intake review and completion of all scheduled sessions.

Delivery timelines vary based on assessment scope and are communicated following intake review.

To begin the intake process:

Scheduled appointments are confirmed only after payment is received.
